Good Morning Friends,
I'm excited about the video projects that many of you are working on for
"Meet the Blind Month."

When your video is ready to be shared on our Idaho's Blind Youtube channel
there are a few options to get it to me for upload.

1. Google Drive - If you have a gmail account you automatically have access
to your own Google drive account. You can simply upload your video to your
Google drive account, then share a link to that video with me via email.

2. Dropbox - This is a service that allows you to store and share large
files. They have both free and paid accounts and can be used on your
computer or by app on your phone. Like with Google Drive, simply upload
your video to your dropbox account then share a link to it with me via
email.

3. Thumb Drive - Simply transfer your video to a thumb drive then mail it
to me. I will return your thumb drive once a upload your video to our
Youtube channel.

I have also received some questions about the editing of your video. Here
are a few free options of apps and software you can use to edit your video.
As video editing is a visual centered effort, you may want to use the help
of a friend or spouse.

1. Most newer iPhones have included software for video editing and have
many additional free and low cost apps available in the app store.

2. Open Shot Video Editor Free PC video editing software.

On Windows 10 the video editer is accessible with a screen reader as well. It does take patience to figure iut.
Are you adding captioning or transcripts for our DeafBlind viewers?
And finally if anyone wants to share their stories live or wants help recording and can use Zoom I?d be happy to help

Thank you, Kevin; this is helpful. I would add one thing. Once you have a plan and people in line to do it, please let Dana or me know. This is so we do not duplicate too much. Right now Treasure valley Chapter is working on employment and Braille. These are examples of where some duplication will not be too bad, but there are so many other things to cover that I would like to see some family things;, education, crafts or cooking, outdoor activities,  and whatever your imagination comes up with.

Also, Kevin recommends that we encourage people to subscribe to our You-tube channel so they will automatically receive new videos. A good idea! The name of our channel is idaho'sblind.
