Orientation to the Hotel

You will enter the hotel through the main doors which automatically slide
open, then through a second sliding door. Once you have passed through both
doors you will walk straight approximately 50 feet, and the hotel
registration desk will be to your left. (To your right is a sitting area).

When you are finished checking in at the registration desk, turn putting the
desk to your right and walk back toward the front door, at the tile turn
left. When you approach the carpet again the entrance to the Riverside Grill
will be on your left. As you continue down the hallway, there is a half wall
separating the Grill from the hallway. You will pass the Grill on your left
and a bit further the Quiet Bar on your right. Just past the Grill is a
small hallway and if you enter there is a doorway to the Aspen Room on the
right. This hallway is a service hallway to the kitchen. To locate the main
doorway to the Aspen Room you will continue down the main hallway between
the Aspen Room and Quiet Bar and turn left at the corner where you will find
the door to the Aspen Room on the left. With this door to your left continue
straight ahead to the Juniper Room and the Convention registration table
will be located outside the Juniper Room.

The Convention Lobby is a big square. The opposite end of the Lobby from
the Juniper Room is the doors leading outside. On the wall between these
outside doors and the Quiet Bar is a casual seating area.

With the Aspen Room doorway behind you, the Juniper Room doorway is to your
left and Convention registration table will be outside the Juniper Room.
Keeping the Juniper Room doors on your left, walk through the Convention
Center Lobby. You will pass the stairs to go up on the right and enter the
sleeping room hallway. At the corner of the Juniper room, there is a hallway
to the left, cross that hallway to continue down the hallway to the sleeping
rooms. The first two doors on the left of the hallway are the restrooms. If
you follow the right side of the hallway, at the end there will be the
hospitality room #111 and a Coke machine on the left side of the hall. There
is an exit on the right side of the hallway. The sleeping rooms 114 to 128
are further down this hallway. Breakfast will be available at the Riverside
Grill, you will enter on the main lobby side.

For more dining and entertainment options, the Sapphire Room is located in
the main lobby beyond the registration desk. The swimming pool can be found
out in the courtyard.

Pet Area: The best area is just opposite the Convention Center Lobby.

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the

blindness is not what holds you back.
