[NFB-Idaho] Delivery Status Notification (Delay)

Hi,

With the new Affiliate webpages up and working, they apparently had to
cancel the E-mail address I was using as treasurer of the Affliate.

Kevin will set up new E-mail addresses after he takes care of some more
background work.

In the meantime, please send any correspondence for the State Treasurer
(Don Winiecki) to the following address.
