[NFB-Idaho] Audio description

Hi all.
It may be important to clarify that audio description is a different service than the service for people who are deaf or hard of hearing. I believe they are often handing us the wrong equipment.

Yes, I have had the same experience that you have had. Unfortunately, I don’t know of any headsets that you could buy that would work with their setup. You might want to call and ask them if they can tell you more about what they have.
