[NFB-Idaho] important information concerning convention meals

Meal counts have to be to the hotel by March 11. There will be 1 entre for
each of our 3 meals, with vegan and vegetarian options. This means you have
to register as soon as possible. If you don't have meal choices in by the
11th, you won't be eating. Get this done.
