[NFB-InTheKitchen] Save the date, NFBof HI Vegan Cooking Fun

The NFB of Hawaii will hold its next Vegan Cooking Fun zoom meeting on Saturday July 2nd over zoom.
The time will be from 11:30 am to 1 pm Hawaii time.
East coast time: starting at 5:30 pm. (You are 6 hours ahead of Hawaii)
West coast time: starting at 2:30 pm.  (You are 3 hours ahead of Hawaii).

If you are interested, send an email to my personal email and I'll put your email on our list.  You will get the zoom invitation closer to July 2.
This meeting is for those who eat plant based /vegan and those transitioning or just wanting to know more about it.

The topic for July will be potluck  dishes that won't heat up your kitchen. If you have other ideas, please let me know. And if you have recipes or techniques you would like to share, please let me know!

We had our first meeting yesterday (June 4th) and I demonstrated how to fry in a regular skillet with no oil whatsoever, in preparation for making oven-baked Chinese fried noodles. We also discussed how I prepared the tofu that I added to the noodles along with all the vegetables.
