Hello Friends and Welcome to May

Tomorrow’s Spring Cooking Series 4:00PM PST

There will be many events this month to celebrate. There’s Cinco de May,
Kentucky Derby, Mothers Day, Graduations, and of course Memorial Day, where
the outdoors is King!


Many food lovers will also be celebrating and baking up their favorites as
May is also National Strawberry Month, Chocolate Chip Cookie and Coconut
Cream Pie Day! Oh my❣️


For our Spring Cooking Series, I wish we could do them all - head over to
Mexico and have a plate of chilaquiles and a few churros, or swing on over
to Churchill Downs and enjoy a Sweet-heat bbq sandwich and slice of Bourbon
Pecan Pie. Or visit a local Strawberry Festival and well, eat your fill of
Strawberries!!


We may not be able to attend the Kentucky Derby or take flight to Mexico,
but we can enjoy a few treats in the coziness of our biomes! Let’s do Cinco
de Mayo with a twist of Kentucky Derby and a splash of Memorial Day in form
of easy peasy condiments. Yes, those Little Things that take tired meals
and give them a bright boost. Isn’t this going to be exciting!

This month, I’ll be providing a few of my favorite recipes. You're getting
options. Don’t we love options?
