[NFB-InTheKitchen] Grilleye Max Questions

Does anybody on this list use a Grilleye Max or maybe it is called
Grilleye Grill Max.  If so, what can you tell me about it (good, bad,
ugley)?

I am totally blind.  How do you know how to turn food over to cook
both sides evenly?  I can do that based on time.  I wonder if you can
do that by another method, such as internal temperature.
