IMHO a propane grill with an electric starter would be the easiest to
use and will give good results. I used a propane grill for a decade
before moving on to using a smoker like a Traeger, and produced many
fine grilled meals.
Note, if you live in an apartment or condo, and want to grill on a
balcony, then an electric grill might be the only option. You'd need
to check your lease rules.
