I have exactly what you’re looking for. Try the
Cuisinart Toa-60 or the CuisinartToa-70.. both of those ovens are controlled with four knobs on the top front.
The first knob all the way on the left is the on off and time knob. It goes to one hour. The second knob just over to the right, is the temperature adjustment knob. This goes to 450. the third knob just to the right of that, is the knob. On the TOA 60, from left to right the Mozart, warm, broil, broil with convection, toast, bake, bake with convection, air fry. On the TOA 70, there is one more mode all the way to the right. That is grill. You will have to mark the oven with bump dots according to the best way you can. But, there are ways of managing it quite successfully. I love mine. and you love it too. Hope that helps.
