Hi all

 

Please join us at the National Federation of the Blind of Hawaii monthly
zoom meeting all about vegan cooking. You do not need to be vegan to
participate. In fact many participants eat animal products. But if you have
questions, want to hear some good recipes that include vegetables or just
enjoy the community, then zoom with us.

 

The meeting with be this week Saturday, August 30th.

Times:

9 am Hawaii time

12 noon Pacific time

1 pm Mountain time

2 pm Central time

3 pm Eastern time

 

The theme for the meeting, if I recall correctly, is Fall produce (think of
apples, pears, and Fall veggies whatever they are).

But if you have a particular recipe that you like a lot, please share it. If
it includes animal products, just know that after you share it, someone will
"veganize" it or tell what substitutes can be used.

 

Other themes of these meetings:  we all show respect for each other's choice
of how to live, what to eat, and how to pronounce words if different from
what we say.
