[NFB-InTheKitchen] lamb recipe recommendations

I was thinking that as a starter to lamb, make a veggie and lam curry dish with rice and/or naan bread. I've just used a curry simmer sauce and add the meat and veggies as I want. This could probably be cooked in a slow cooker as well. I'd also suggest cubed lamb, you could sear it first, and a rice cooker might make it more accessible. I just use a stovetop pot though.

Hello, I’m definitely following this thread as I’ve been interested in possibly making a lamb dish. When I’ve had lamb, I’ve eaten it with mashed potatoes and asparagus. It was awesome! I think you are brave to cook it because if it’s not done right, it doesn’t taste very good. Also, because you said you eat a lot of vegetables how do you get your protein?
