[NFB-InTheKitchen] tips on slicing meat

Hello,

I would very much appreciate some advice on slicing meat. For example, I know some meat has to be sliced against the grain, but I'm not sure how to tell what against the grain is nonvisually. I don't have any usable vision, and haven't really gotten into cooking meat because I was vegetarian for a number of years, and then in college/master's program, etc. Thanks so much!
