State convention!
October 5 through the seventh
Link is posted to Event Bright for registration.
Students are meeting from 3 o’clock until 5 o’clock on Friday afternoon
with a social event to follow.
When registering, use coupon code ”student” when checking out and the price
will be cut  from $72-$36.
Do not buy a ticket to Friday night’s dinner because students will be going
out as a group!
Student division meeting discussion points: advocacy in education, library
services, Blind Inc. presenter
Book hotel room ASAP. If interested in finding a roommate, contact Katy.

Spread the word about state convention! Students can use this convention as
a networking tool for the future.
Bring your parents as well. A parent seminar will be offered from 1 o’clock
until 5 o’clock on Friday and a luncheon will take place  merging the
students and the parents on Saturday at noon.
Student division elections will be held during our student meeting on
Friday afternoon. Join the board! Get involved at your comfort level.
