Happy Wednesday everyone!
 The executive board met this afternoon to finalize some things for state
convention. Read all about it below!

Action:
Janae will contact the hotel to ask about a CPR certified/lifeguard for the
pool gathering on October 5 from noon until three
Attendance: Elizabeth, Katy, Janae, Adam

Fridays student panel participants will be Katy, Kathryn, Elizabeth, and
Kyla.
In addition to the pool party on Friday afternoon, we will have an
alternative option of crafts or games for young children.

Friday’s dinner immediately following the meeting will be a group trip to
Chick-fil-A.

For hospitality on Saturday evening, we have a cash bar! Kathryn and Katy
will go get ice cream immediately following the banquet. Elizabeth‘s
family, along with various affiliate members, will provide coolers.

If we have door prizes at the annual business meeting, Kathryn will be in
charge of obtaining/distributing them.
