Hi Susan and Everyone,
I've been doing some research this evening on the internet and found a site with all different types of bread dough recipes in one place. It even includes recipes for coffee and cinnamon applesauce dough.
Here is the site: http://canteach.ca/elementary/artrecipes4.html (you might have to copy or type it in)
It even has my stale bread directions. I have some leftover wheat bread I think I'll make gingerbread men out of (don't forget the hole to tie a ribbon through-made with a plastic straw). The old recipes are fun! Happy Crafting for the Holidays. Brings back many fond memories.
