Up to this shipment of the phones, all the phones were black.  The  plum ones 
came out just recently and were only available over seas.  The  Nokia is made 
in Finland.  The trouble I had to begin with was the  directions for the 
phone was not printed in English nor Spanish.  So I  could not figure out how to 
turn it on.  I was sent from KNFB Reader Help  line the directions in English.  
They  told me it had to be because  these were the first plum ones they 
received here in the states.
 
Now all I have tto do is practice.
