[Nfb-krafters-korner] FEATHER AND FAN

I have been intrigued by this knit pattern.  I keep thinking I would  like to 
do a project with this stitch.  I don't want to spend my time on  making a 
wash cloth or dish towel as I have found patterns for them.  
 
Has anyone done the feather and fan pattern on something more  interesting?  
I don't want to do a blanket either.
