I ran a search for Kuku dolls in ravelry and found there web site.  Below is 
the link and if you click on the "about us" link they explain their business 
and might give you some idea what the dolls are like.  They sound cute ... 
This is the first I remember hearing about them.  On the web site, they 
mention an upcoming DVD, which will be presented by Lucy Neatby who I know 
is a really good aran sweater designer!  If lucy is connected with them I 
would think they are very good designs.
