I forgot to say, I would put my imfo in alphabetical order and can
insert when ever necessary.  Who knows, I might find a better
description, farther down the track.

Hello Audrey, I run Oulook Express with zoom text speech. I have special
folders in outlook mail, recipes, patterns and such.  You mentioned it's
possible to burn copies of  emails to CD, is this an easy process? I'm
using Micorsoft Office, but imagine similar steps are needed to save to
CD with most programes? Appreciate any hints you could pass on, I' d
hate to lose any of the emails I have.
