[Nfb-krafters-korner] Can anyone help with the correct name for this craft?

Hi Valery,
Well, my husband is on oxygen and we have extra tubing from all kinds 
of equiptment around here. I tried knitting with it and it looked 
cute but was hard to do.  Your craft might just work with this 
tubing. Trouble is, we only have clear.
