In case folks do not get back to you in time before you leave work.   Why 
not post what time you want them to meet you.  I sent the phone number  to 
Laura that I asked you to use.  I will send a note to Terra, too.
 
Even if you don't get a reply back you should check out the room to see if  
others show up.
