Since there seems to be interest in rugs, this book has been in the NLS system for a while, so I assumed you folks have known about it.  Its a Web Braille selection and its a step-by-step how to book that I think discusses a variety of ways of making rugs.  The description says it has instructions for 15 projects from beginner to more advanced.  Just in case you were not aware of its existence in accessible format here is the book info:
