    Thank you Irene and Joyce.  yes, the yarn will be used for military 
liners.  I made my first one out of Encore by Plymouth Yarn because I 
couldn't find Cascade in any of the local yarn shops.  It knitted up nicely, 
but it seems just a touch scratchy.  so that is why I want to try the 
Cascade.  There must be a reason why this particular yarn was recommended.
