[Nfb-krafters-korner] Rosary Making Question ....

I don't know if Sidney who taught the Rosary class a while back is still on the list, but I have a question on something I botched while making a rosary and need advise if/how I can continue without redoing the main portion of my rosary.

I wanted to just have 5 seed beads before the first decade and 5 seed beads after the last decade.. When I finished, I wasn't paying attention and put on at the end of the main strand an Our Father bead followed by another 5 seed beads. I then crimped onto the center piece. Okay, I can live with it being a little lopsided, and I have not yet worked the tail piece. So my question is this ...

Coming off the centerpiece, back onto the tail that will eventually connect to the crucifix, should I put one Our Father bead or omit it before stringing the 3 Hail Mary beads followed by the Our Father bead and then the cross? Or is it that I have to redo the entire main string of the rosary with the 5 decades? I could kick myself this has been a difficult strand to work because I purchased size 11 instead of 8 seeds and the hole is apparently smaller and harder to string.

Thanks for input. I cannot locate my store/church bought Rosary to compare how that one was worked vs the way I having been making them.
