This is off topic, but thought some might like this...
I'm really a bad cook, but I've been trying my hand at holiday baking this year. The below recipe came out good and it is not hard to make these. If I can do it and they turned out well, anyone can make them. I forgot where I found or got this recipe from but thought some of you might like to give it a try. I even managed to use the wrong ingredients when I made them and they still turned out good -- I was certain I had baking powder in the house, but after I had it all mixed up in the bowl it turned out I had baking soda and not powder ....

Better Butterscotch Brownies
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 stick butter, melted (creamy, unsalted butter)
2 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 9 inch square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. In bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt, mix well. Add butter, water, vanilla and eggs, blend well. Spread evenly into prepared pan. Sprinkle with butterscotch chips. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
