I am using Jaws 11. I am not very advanced in computer technology but my big problem is some times in Microsoft Outlook, Jaws will read the body of another e-mail. I can tell this is happening because it is usually something I just read or it does not match the senders name. It took me a while to learn about the refresh comand. I still do not know what causes this.
My big fear is, they want to move me to Windows 7. If this happens, DORS, our rehab service will be getting me training.
I have trouble with our web site. I can not page down or the speech gets faster, so I have to quickly have to arrow through the person of the month, no affence, to get to the classes.
I mainly use it for word and Outlook.
