[Nfb-krafters-korner] I did it again...

congratulations on your weight loss Terry. I have been on ww 2 or 3 times
and find I do much better on other plans, but to each his own. I'm on
Nutrisystem right now.
Happy krafting.

Oh, and I gave away the belt I tied in the macrame class I taught earlier
this year. (Yes, I finally finished it. Nice to have the holidays to
motivate finishing things.)
It was a green belt with red beads in the zigzag pattern. I gave it to Mom
and she was very happy to receive it. She had some hints as to what it was
since I asked her to measure her waist. It is a perfect size for her.

Anyway, it has been many years since I did homemade gifts for family
members. This year I have been picking up the yarn etc and doing stuff I
haven't done since high school. Oh well.

Did anyone else make gifts this year?

I am just starting rehab training. I need some cooking skills, a little
help on cleaning and computer skills. They are trying to help me cook and
clean in a way that meets my health needs. I have back problems and also am
watching my weight. I have lost about 60 lbs on Weight Watchers, so far.

Hi Terry P.
Yes, it is an enormous responsibility to take a pet and it is a forever home
that they need. I do have 2 dogs and 2 cats, and that is all I can do, too.
It is an enormous responsibility, for sure. Lynda
