I should have taken all of your advice...When I received my return call from
customer service, Nancy, she was So rude, I had to hanfg up. Did place order
and made a complaint with manager of customer service and she told me it
would be addressed. If you all would not have sent me the info on email I
still would have been looking for help.

I consider it a blessing for your help, now if I can only knit.
