I have done this with several clients here at the Center. There are several patterns on the internet that we have followed by just using small safety pins.

Theresa,
Welcome once again. Beading on safety pins??? I have done a little of
this with my Grand daughters getting kits through Oriental Trading. I have
never thought of this doing it without the kits. Do you use kits? They
have these special pins they use so you can put the beads over on the top bar
of the safety pin. Where do you get those kind of safety pins?
