Eileen,

You did a great job. You're a good instructor.

I knew full well how to do a slip knot, but learned a new way to accomplish
it last night.

I also learned a couple other things last night I had not known, there are
always new things to learn even for something one has know how to do for
many years.

I used to knit the American way, as Joyce does when I first learned as a
kid. I then learned Continental as an adult. I prefer the Continental
style. So, one can always learn something new and different to accomplish
the same task.

Hey Terry K:

Thank you -- your so nice! <SMILE> I was actually worried about last night
because there were so many brand new knitters and its not easy for either
the teacher to communicate or the student to learn knitting techniques over
long distance. I am revamping some documentation on what we did last night
and once I finish it will send it to every one who was in the class.

Let me know if you have any questions or problems during the week and I'll
try to give you extra help if needed. Keep me posted how the cast on and
slip knot making goes over the next few days.

Thanks again ... I'm surprised people were able to follow the instructions.

Eileen
