My state caseworker has encouraged me to do this. I have to attend a class
on how to write a small business plan. Since I was a grants specialist at
one time, and an administrator of a museum at another time, I don't think I
will have any problem writing a proposal. I am working on the details daily
for it so that when I get to do the course, I will already have my proposal
budget ready to go and I am going to work on writing the text for it in
advance, too. Thanks.
