[Nfb-krafters-korner] Braille was RE: needles

I just finished putting braille descriptions on all my plastic canvis work for convention.  It is not for my use, only, but for the use of all the blind at convention.  All the sighted will be able to see through the bags, but because of braille, the blind will have a description, too.

Red with white dots

This is the first time I have ever done this,  Before I did not have many designs.  My items were NFB related.  I have now expanded so I have some braille related items and many non NFb related.
The labels will help me find items, too.  I also have an inventory sheet, in braille so I can check off items when sold.  If I ask the person what colors they like, I can read down my list and see what I have available in their requested colors.
I had a friend help me create my original inventory list.  Now I can add to it, when I make something new.
It helps to be organized!

I did have 15 weeks of it at the school I went to for Personal Adjustment to Blindness. Then, I did Course I through Hadley. I started Course 2, but after doing a couple of lessons, I quit. It was so time intensive, and I just felt like I would never use it for anything.
