I don't know if it is too late to put in for the Jernigan I don't know if  
they call it fund, scholarship or what, but it is for first time goers to  
National Convention.  They provide you with $500 or $600 to help your  
expenses.  It is for first timers, so if you don't apply for it this year,  plan 
for it next year.  They do not present it to you until you are at  Convention 
so you need to have money to cover some of the expenses.  How  about your 
state affiliate?  Check with them to see if they provide funding  to go to 
National Convention.
