[Nfb-krafters-korner] How to bind off on the Knifty Knitter

Hello All,
 
The files Cindy sent on how to cast on stitches on the knifty knitter as
well as the info on a few stitches was very helpful.  Now I need to know how
to bind off on the rectangle/long loom.  I do not remember hearing
instructions on this in the recordings Cindy sent, but there is always a
chance that I am having a senior moment.  Any help will be appreciated.
