[Nfb-krafters-korner] rag rugs

I'm not an experienced crocheter, but know there are others on this list who 
recently discussed rag rugs.  I have, however, seen a selection in the NLS 
catalog called "Rag Rugs."  I forget if it is a DTB or Web Braille 
selection, but that might be a good guide to use.
