Let me work on this and if I can master it, I will teach a class on it and  
at that point share the information with the folks who attend the class.
 
If you don't want to wait you can get the pattern from Keepsake Quilting  . 
 The pattern includes the hook, too.  I don't even know how much the  
pattern is, as I did not ask the price.  I will have my friend who is  coming 
over tonight to read it so I can give you more info on name or number of  
pattern and cost.
