Be careful Beckie, Last weekend we drove several hours to a
funeral. I was using a wool yarn on the knifty knitter. When
the sun came up and my husband looked at me, My black suit was
covered with lint. luckily I had a long coat in the back seat to
ware. Now I only use that yarn at home with old clothes on.

Oh brother yes. Someone gave me this really nice fuzzy yarn. I
had not
worked with this yarn before. Surprise! It stuck to itself and
made what
appeared, but was not, knots, I seriously should have roled it
into a very
loose ball before starting the double stranded slippers. Momma
Meah!

We traveled on very icy roads to watch my step son graduate from
the Police
academy. I am just bursting so proud of this young man. If
anyone is
interested, I can send you the write up I did for another list,
smile.

Becky stuck half way on the first slipper, and Jake says my big
paws can
untangle anything, arf!

NFB Krafters Korner's Friday's Question of the Week for 11/26/10

If you are traveling this weekend or for any of the many
holidays that
occur this time of year, will you be taking along a craft project
or
multiple projects? If so, what is it and is it something that
has to be
finished as a gift?

The purpose of the NFB's Krafters Korner's Friday's Question of
the week is
to stimulate craft related conversations and for the sharing of
information
which crafters who are blind might find helpful. If you have
ideas for
future Fridays Questions of the Week, please e-mail Annette at
amcarr1 at verizon.net or Joyce at Blindhands at aol.com.

Happy crafting,

Annette
