Henrietta,

Do let us know how you design and actually put together this bracelet. Also,
exactly what do you intend to do with this t-shirt project? I've got a stack
that are no longer worn and have wanted to do something with them instead of
just throwing them away but don't know what to do!

Your success in doing the restaurant in your house is going to be planning
ahead. Try to get everybody onboard with this idea that you'll make out a
food plan a week at a time for the different needs. Combine them. yYou need
meat too so whatever meat you cook for your husband, you get a smaller
portion to use your budgeted points. He gets the hunk of cholesterol ridden
point robbing lol that he needs. Cook a side that works for the son with the
fiber issue and load him up. You eat a little. And, have your low points
soup but also give husband some too. Make his a 1 point serving and yours a
00 point serving. You won't go hungry and husband will think you're truly
fattening him up! Plan it all out and it will work. Fail today and start
over tomorrow!

How might you create this plan so everyone can see what's for dinner? Have a
restaurant complete with menu on the fridge. But, the catch is there's the
special of the day and cook forgot to cook the other options. Have fun with
it and decide you are in control of what goes in your body and through your
crafting hands. Awesome idea to use your Stream to read the miles away. It
works and you'll have so much fun doing it. If you are a member of RFBD, get
the Weight Watcher's Cookbook and read that and pick a couple new recipes
never tried before to cook. Lots of chopping and stirring and kneading and
cleaning up and just keep moving and moving. Your home and you will be
beautiful more so than even you can imagine. And, off to work on my latch
hook project after having two Oreo cookies and yes, I did budget them in
cause they are so good and they are in the house.
