[Nfb-krafters-korner] cowls ?

Does anyone have a knitted pattern for a cowls ?  I heard of one  that is 
large enough that you drape it around your neck for use as a scarf, but  you 
can pull it up to cover your head, too.
 
Anyone has heard anything like that?  I imagine you knit it in a large  
enough circle, no seams or that and when pulled up it is similar  to a  hood?
 
Another class anyone?
