What do they mean, a bag for a folding cane or some kind of decoration for a cane?

I am looking for cane holsters that are sturdy and fashionable. I have seen handmade ones with floral decorations or other embellishments (the holsters could have embellishments that would appeal to either genders). 

Does anyone know of a vendor(s) that sells such an item(s)?
