Hey folks,
 
Remember what Gail told us?  She said on the row that you will be  having 
those 2 purl stitches on, note which side of your work the long tail is  
hanging down.  So just an example here: If it is on the left side then each  
time when you have the tail hanging on the left side that is the row you will  
knit 8, Purl 1, knit 8, Purl 1 and knit 8 
 
You need to take notice when you are going to do that first row with the  
Purl as it depends on what method you cast on where your tail will end up.
