[Nfb-krafters-korner] How to Make SSK Knitting Stitches

Susan,

When I work an SSK I slip both stitches, one at a time knitwise so they get
twisted onto the right needle. Then I don't knit them off the right needle,
but then slip both of them purlwise so they don't untwist back onto the left
needle. Once they are both back on the left needle, I then K2tog through
the back of the loops. I've been told by my guild members this is technical
correct and looks just as an SSK that has been knitted off the right needle
does.

HTH.

Eileen
