Dixie,

I learned tonight that you can get a list of commands by pressing **.  When
listening to the commands I learned that you can execute a command that will
tell you how many participants are on the call, and you can get a list of
names of everyone on the call.

Tonight I tried muting myself with the *1 command, but I have no idea if I
was muted or not.

Can you explain that feature that asks for people to state their name before
entering the room?  I have been on chats in which that recording of the name
is then played as the person actually enters the room, announcing the
person.  That doesn't seem to happen with this service.  What does the
stating of the name accomplish then?  With the Krafter's Korner chat line
now, I just press the pound key and skip by the feature now as it lets me in
without announcing myself, but just pushing the pound sign.
