Joyce,

Can you explain that feature that asks for people to state their name before
entering the room?  I have been on chats in which that recording of the name
is then played as the person actually enters the room, announcing the
person.  That doesn't seem to happen with this service.  What does the
stating of the name accomplish then?  With the Krafter's Korner chat line
now, I just press the pound key and skip by the feature now as it lets me in
without announcing myself, but just pushing the pound sign.
