[Nfb-krafters-korner] Fabric Scrap Wreath is FINISHED

haha...they are tall rubber boots for going out in the snow...got them from 
L.L. Bean so I can walk the dogs in the snow.  Been waiting for a nice 
snowfall so I can wear them for the first time - they are fantastic - I love 
them.
