[Nfb-krafters-korner] communicating classes and times

Cindy,

What is the time line for submitting class proposals?

For example: You mention that the wish is to have the class posted at least
4 if not 6 weeks prior to the class. What is the time line between an
instructor proposing a class and it being posted?

Cindy Z., et al,

We are in the process of placing the constitution on the website. Perhaps
these other reports can be made available in a similar matter. Right now,
the posting of classes to the website takes priority of other things. One
thing that can really help speed this process, is for instructors to submit
class proposals as soon as possible. The date fields are for you to place
your wish list days and dates. You can always place a note the required
fields that something is pending. If you need to add something to your
supply list, simply put a note like "hold for yarn information." This will
allow Joyce to continue working with you and me to go ahead work on the html
coding for your page. It also helps me know that I need to follow-up with
you and or Joyce for the final information that will need to be filled in.
Our goal right now is to post classes to the website no less than four weeks
in advance but preferably six weeks ahead.
