[Nfb-krafters-korner] Pony Beads

Barb,

The beads which are long and sort of tubular but fatter in the middle are
spaghetti beads or one company calls them oval beads. It gets confusing when
you start looking at different companies.

Pony beads are round and if put together, appear round but are flat on the
ends so they will lay very close together. They have a bigger hole and can
be threaded easily on a bigger thing like a pipe cleaner or as it is known
today a chenille stem or bigger cord like even yarn and such. A lot of
people have used them for necklaces and the like.

I haven't seen beaded bandanas in forever!!
Are pony beads the long slender beads I've seen, usually a little fatter in
the middle and taper to a smaller size at the ends?
