[Nfb-krafters-korner] VI/Blind and crafting

Barb,

Mary Maxim has a beautiful stained glass with flower in it latch hook kit. I
was given it for Christmas. The nice thing is that they put only one color
of yarn in a bundle so not the sorting like with Caron kits where all colors
are in each bundle. So, less sorting. Also, you can create your own pattern
and just buy the canvas and a latch hook. But, a word of wisdom, if you buy
the yarn separate, you will have as much in a project as a kit costs so buy
the kit. Most stores occasionally have a so much off coupon from time to
time too.

Has anyone tried rug hooking? The plastic canvas might of interest. I'll
have to figure out a way to separate and organize the different colors.
Name some more, lol am making a list of some things I might be interested in
then see if small kits are available to "try it out"
Am signed up for the safety pin beading class starting Tue. night.

Yes the thinking cap is swirling around up there.
Susan, I like your try it till mastered technique and never thought about
others maybe sharing some extras or pieces leftover.
