Susan,

That's a good idea for the rug edges. Now, what do you do for patterns? I've 
thought about doing like an old fashioned patchwork rug where there are 
random blotcches of color and letting it all blend together. Like when they 
used to cut up clothes or whatever they had for the quilt.

What do you think?

Taking care of the rug hook edges is easy and you do it as you work.  Fold
the edges so many squares over and you put your hook through two holes and
latch it together.
